Here is a 2 minutes video about how to sync SharePoint files to your File Explorer. This mimics the view most of you are familiar with: the shared drives like the T: drive.
Best practice is to sync the highest level Documents folder. Syncing deeper folders can result in non-sync'd files and data loss.
