Click the MyApps icon on your desktop.

Click IT Helpdesk icon in the list of applications. All Microsoft Office applications in the cloud are also located here.
Click Login in the top-right of the screen as shown in the figure below. Public knowledge base articles, such as this one, will be posted online if you follow the Knowledge base link.
Click Login here next to Are you a customer as underlined in the figure below.
You will now be able to submit/view/edit a ticket from this next webpage as well as view a history of your tickets.
