Open the Milestone client software.
It sits in Live for the live view but click Playback.
Drag the camera you want into the view, the same way you do with Live. However, at the bottom there will be a draggable date selector.
The red lines are captured motion detection.
Click Export next to the dates and the following menu will appear:
Click Add item...
Choose the camera you want. It will automatically put a time frame in the export. Click the bar in brackets (underlined in red on the right) to change the time frame.
Export Destination: choose where to save the export.
